Refund Policy
All purchases made for programs and services are strictly non-refundable.
Digital Programs and Online Services
For the following services:
- Online Courses
- Online Webinars
- Digital Products
- Offline Workshops
Once registration or payment is completed, refund requests will not be entertained under any circumstances.
Program Adjustment in Exceptional Cases
In exceptional situations, the Company may allow participants to shift to another program provided that:
- The participant informs the Company before the scheduled start of the class
- The participant has not attended the session
Requests made after the session has started or after participation will not be accepted. Such adjustments are completely at the discretion of the Company.
Offline Workshops and Events
If an offline workshop or event is cancelled by the Company, participants will be eligible for a full refund of the registration fee.
The Company is not responsible for:
- Travel expenses
- Accommodation costs
- Third-party bookings
Participants are responsible for managing their own travel and accommodation arrangements.
